Privacy and permissions
The app requests the minimum platform permissions needed for the capabilities above. Access tokens are stored in YundaDesk secret storage. The first release may process approved email and display-name fields, but it does not store phone numbers, shipping or billing addresses, identity-document data, or complete raw provider payload dumps.
See the YundaDesk Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Data Deletion Instructions.
Disconnect or troubleshoot
- Sign in to YundaDesk and open Apps → Installed.
- Open the store status panel to verify Store data and Storefront chat separately.
- If authorization has expired, use the reconnect action for the same store. Do not create a duplicate connection.
- To stop access, uninstall the app in the commerce platform and remove the connection in YundaDesk.
For product support, sign in to YundaDesk and use Settings → Subscription → Contact support. For privacy or deletion requests, email support@yundadesk.com.
