Terms of Service
Terms governing access to and use of the YundaDesk omnichannel customer service platform.
Last updated:July 13, 2026
These terms are the product-ready baseline for YundaDesk. Commercial launch requires confirmation of the contracting entity, governing law, payment terms, and any region-specific addendum.
1. Service and accounts
YundaDesk provides software for managing customer communications across connected channels. The customer is responsible for its workspace, authorized users, account security, and the accuracy of information it provides.
2. Connected services
Third-party channels, including Meta products, are governed by their own terms and availability. The customer must hold the rights and permissions needed to connect an account. YundaDesk may disable a connection that is unauthorized, insecure, suspended by its provider, or used in violation of law or provider policy.
3. Acceptable use
The customer must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, unsolicited, or security-harming activity; attempt to bypass access controls; upload malware; or use channel data outside the permissions granted by the relevant provider and end user.
4. Customer data
The customer retains its rights in customer data and instructs YundaDesk to process that data to provide, secure, and support the service. The customer is responsible for notices, consents, response deadlines, and lawful instructions to its own end customers.
5. Fees and changes
Applicable order forms or plan terms govern fees, limits, renewal, and cancellation. We may change the service to improve security, comply with law or provider requirements, or add and retire functionality. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable channels.
6. Suspension and termination
Either party may terminate as permitted by its order or applicable law. We may suspend access to address a security risk, unlawful use, payment default, or provider restriction. On termination, data export and deletion follow the applicable plan, agreement, and legal retention requirements.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided subject to applicable warranties that cannot be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YundaDesk is not responsible for third-party channel outages or customer-controlled content and configurations. Final liability limits will be stated in the applicable order form or commercial agreement.
